Yatai (屋台) are mobile food carts used in Japan. They are unique in that they often include walls and a roof, effectively making them tiny restaurants on wheels.

Yatai are usually 3 meters by 2.5 meters. I have seen sources stating that this is per regulations - too lazy to dig up that link at the moment.
